Net Zero Travel & Tourism - From Ambition to Action

No corner of the world or sector is immune to the devastating impact of climate change, from rising temperatures to extreme weather events and rising sea levels. Travel & Tourism, a sector which is still reeling from COVID-19, is uniquely exposed to the climate emergency, being dependent on natural resources and assets which are now at risk. While the sector has showcased its commitment to act, including ambitious climate commitments and action from companies and industry associations, its efforts and progress remain fragmented, within and across its industries.

How is the sector jointly and proactively facing these important challenges and turning them into opportunities, as it swiftly and effectively moves towards net zero and it leads the way to achieve the 1.5°C Paris Agreement target?
